Upbringing Program (Ages 6–11)
Cultivate Your Child's Sacred Potential
A comprehensive 12-level, 4.5-year Islamic education program for children aged 6–11. Covering Quran, Arabic, Aqidah, Seerah, Fiqh, and Akhlaq concurrently with Al-Azhar-certified scholars.
Nurturing the Whole Child: Beyond Rote Memorization
The Upbringing Program sits at the very heart of UIA’s educational branch as a premier multi-year, comprehensive developmental system. Designed explicitly for young children aged 6 to 11, bridging the acquisition of authentic religious knowledge with modern, engaging instructional methods. Our program does not merely focus on memorization; it targets holistic student development—simultaneously nurturing the child's spiritual growth, moral compass, and intellectual capacity.
Integrated Tarbiyah
We help your child plant Islam in their heart and harvest it beautifully in their daily behavior.
Primary 1:1 Focus for Absolute Engagement
To keep young minds entirely focused, classes are delivered primarily in a dedicated, private 1:1 system. Small group classes (max 3 students) are only used to foster healthy peer dynamics when appropriate.
A Hybrid Learning Advantage
While primarily an online system requiring a maximum commitment of 3 hours per week, the program integrates unique opportunities for localized, in-person activities to eliminate digital isolation.
Live Elite Mentorship
Lessons are taught live via Google Meet by native Arabic-speaking scholars holding prestigious qualifications and traditional certifications from Al-Azhar University.
📚 Concurrent Subject Integration
Instead of studying subjects in separate years or isolated blocks, your child engages with all core Islamic sciences concurrently during the same level. In every single level, the curriculum distributes interconnected topics across:
The Holistic 12-Level Curriculum Roadmap & Textbooks
Our curriculum concurrently integrates Quran, Arabic, and Islamic Studies. We design, author, and print our own proprietary textbooks specifically calibrated to the psychological and educational needs of modern learners.
Stage 1 · Levels 1–4 · Grades 1–3
Stage 1: Foundations of Faith & Recitation
Proprietary Textbook: "The Seed of Iman" (An-Nash'ah Al-Ula)
A bright, friendly pastel mint-green book combining visual Noorani Qaida phonics with colorful storyboards illustrating Adab (manners), step-by-step cartoon guides for Wudu, and tracing pages for daily du'as.
Level 1 Achievement
Children master baseline visual letter recognition and physical letter tracing while learning the core love of Allah, foundational manners, and basic daily supplications (du'as).
Level 2 Achievement
Moving to short vowel phonetic decoding, children explore introductory meanings of the shortest verses (Tafseer), learn about the roles of the Angels, and master the physical steps of Wudu.
Level 3 Achievement
Students advance to full, fluid decoding of Quranic Arabic sentences. They connect deeply to the spiritual meanings of Salah and explore beautiful stories of the Prophet's early life in Mecca.
Level 4 Achievement
Students accurately recite short surahs with basic applied rules. They explore the traits of the noble Companions and practice foundational manners like direct honesty and respect for parents.
Stage 2 · Levels 5–8 · Grades 4–6
Stage 2: The Path of Knowledge & Character
Proprietary Textbook: "Footsteps of Light" (Manahil Al-Huda)
A warm terracotta sand background showing beautiful graphic narratives of the Prophet's life, applied Tajweed flowcharts, and interactive worksheets.
Level 5 Achievement
Children transition to independent Quran reading directly from the Mushaf. They analyze intermediate Fiqh concepts, study the expansion of early Islam, and begin exploring the contextual meanings (Tafseer) behind continuous surahs.
Level 6 Achievement
Students apply primary Tajweed rules fluidly and memorize selected continuous surahs with a conceptual understanding of their interpretation (Tafseer). They navigate intermediate Creed (Aqidah) concepts and practice real-world applications of patience (Sabr).
Level 7 Achievement
Students apply intermediate grammar modifiers to their reading. They examine the legal boundaries of everyday ethics, analyze the lives of the Companions in Medina, and evaluate the historical context behind specific Quranic revelations.
Level 8 Achievement
Students demonstrate unshakeable reading flow and conversational peer kindness. They study prophetic leadership turning points and apply the core lessons of Tafseer to elevate their daily behavioral choices.
Stage 3 · Levels 9–12 · Grades 7–9

Proprietary Textbook: "The Muslim Leader's Shield" (Al-Mihwar Al-Ethni)
A sophisticated, deep teal cover featuring advanced Aqidah (Creed) case studies, advanced Tafseer analysis frameworks, and a built-in Monthly Value Journaling Tracker.
Level 9 Achievement
Youth master advanced linguistic flow and textual synthesis. They analyze systematic Creed (Aqidah) case studies and complex verse interpretations to protect their faith against modern social challenges.
Level 10 Achievement
Students extract timeless moral and legal lessons from advanced Tafseer structures independently. They master high-level ethical traits like communal responsibility and advanced self-discipline (Tazkiah).
