As an Educational Consultant, you act as the first point of contact and an advisor for prospective students and families, helping them navigate our programs to find the ideal fit for their spiritual and academic journey. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification: Proactively identify potential students, families, or communities who would benefit from UIA's authentic online Islamic education programs.
- Program Introduction and Guidance: Reach out to leads using your own personalized style to introduce the academy and provide expert guidance on which UIA programs (e.g., Quran, Arabic, Islamic Studies) align with their goals and needs.
- Interview Scheduling: Facilitate the enrollment process by scheduling introductory or placement interviews between prospective students and our Academic Supervisor.
- Enrollment Facilitation: Finalize the relationship by successfully assisting students or their guardians in completing the enrollment and registration paperwork.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a professional and informative relationship with leads throughout the entire decision-making process, showcasing the value and transformative potential of a UIA education.
