Aspiring Khateebs, Da'ees & Community Leaders
Module 1: The Spiritual Foundation of the Speaker (Week 1)

Class 1: Ikhlas (Sincerity) and Intention Speaking for the sake of Allah vs. seeking the praise of people.
Class 2: Overcoming the Fear of the Podium Using Tawakkul and psychological techniques to manage public speaking anxiety and build genuine confidence.
Module 2: The Fiqh & Structure of the Khutbah (Week 2)
2 Lessons
Class 3: The Pillars (Arkan) of the Friday Khutbah What is legally required for a Khutbah to be valid: Praising Allah, Salawat, Qur'an recitation, Taqwa advice, and Du'a.
Class 4: The Sunnahs of Delivery Length of the Khutbah, use of the staff (Asa), physical posture, and the etiquette of speaker and congregation.
Module 3: Crafting the Message (Weeks 3–4)
4 Lessons
Class 5: Knowing Your Audience Tailoring the message to the specific demographics, struggles, and needs of your local community.
Class 6: The Anatomy of a Powerful Speech Structuring the hook, the core message, the evidence, and the call to action.
Class 7: The Art of Islamic Storytelling Extracting modern, relatable lessons from the Seerah and stories of the Companions.
Class 8: Working with Evidences How to correctly quote, translate, and explain Qur'an and Hadith without overwhelming the listener.
Module 4: Vocal & Physical Delivery (Weeks 5–6)
4 Lessons
Class 9: Voice Modulation Mastering pacing, pausing, pitch, and volume to emphasize key points.
Class 10: Body Language & Eye Contact Using hand gestures naturally and commanding the room without appearing aggressive.
Class 11: Emotional Intelligence on the Minbar Balancing Targheeb (encouragement/hope) and Tarheeb (warning/fear) effectively.
Class 12: Live Drills Students deliver 3-minute impromptu speeches on given Islamic topics with real-time instructor feedback.
Module 5: Navigating Modern Challenges (Week 7)
2 Lessons
Class 13: Addressing Contemporary Issues How to tackle sensitive, political, or social issues from the pulpit with wisdom (Hikmah) and without causing division.
Class 14: The "Actionable" Khutbah Ensuring every speech leaves the congregation with a clear, practical step to implement in their daily lives.
Module 6: Final Presentations (Week 8)
2 Lessons
Class 15: Final Practicum (Part 1) Students deliver their fully prepared Khutbah or Islamic lecture.
Class 16: Final Practicum (Part 2) Continued presentations, comprehensive feedback, and course graduation.

Assessment & Certification

Weekly short-speech drills, peer evaluations, and a final 15-minute recorded or live Khutbah/Lecture presentation.
